There are actually two rooms that are right next to each other available now. Rooms are furnished, and furniture will not be moved. However, all decorations and bedding can be removed. Rooms come with smart TVs. Both rooms share a huge front deck. share a bathroom. Home is remodeled and has air conditioning. One of the rooms has a mini fridge and microwave. Clean clean clean. Laundry privileges. Some kitchen privileges.

The home is kept very clean. Must love dogs and not mind barking now and then because owner has four large dogs and 2 rescues that I am rehoming. Laundry privileges, and limited kitchen privileges. No storage available except in your room and parking is street parking not driveway unless you have an EV car that needs charging then driveway will be available for charging. No guests.
