The process of buying a home is like riding a rollercoaster and there is so much we want to share about Randy Hill but let me put it this way. Every time we thought we were going to hit bottom; he was there to lift us. Randy guided us and explained everything we needed to know. When we changed our mind about what we wanted he never questioned us. He simply offered his professional advice. He was available all the time to answer any questions we had. When he was going to submit the offer for our dream house I remember it was around 7 p.m. I told him to take a break because it was late and he said "There is no time for breaks now." He cared about our interests. We were originally working with to finance our loan. We submitted offers based on the pre-approval information they provided and we thought everything was going great. Then one week before closing escrow they denied my loan application. When I received the news my mind was searching for options. I called a couple of friends to borrow money to increase the down payment hoping to make it work because if we didn't close the deal we were going to lose our earnest money deposit of $16,800. Then I called Randy to let him know and he gave me Corissa Dailey's information. Cori is another lender who took over the home loan process after being denied. At this point, we were on the edge every single day wondering if this was going to work especially since we had one week left to close escrow. Randy did extraordinary things to make it work. He took the time to explain to the seller our situation. Without Randy's professionalism optimism and dedication, we wouldn't have been able to complete the process.
