We went through the ups and downs of home viewing/offer submissions with Amir and he was always reassuring and positive and made our home-buying experience one we'll never forget. However, once we were in escrow and began working with the loan processor communication declined and there were multiple instances where my partner who is also a borrower was not included in a few important emails even after requesting him to include her. We later confirmed that Samy's number was outdated in his email signature but it was hard to get there.
