Darlene Jamroz grew up in Orange
County and has a broad work experience in the real estate
industry. Her career began as an escrow officer. From escrow she moved to Safeco Title Insurance where she learned subdivision
and title.
Darlene was later hired by a developer to serves as his Project Manager, Property Manager, Office Manager and Construction Finance Supervisor. She quickly learned all facets of the building
industry from submission for the Department of Real Estate for Homeowners
Associations, calculations for plans, budgets for residential, condominium and
multi-family residences including motels. Her work with with that Development firm ended after eleven years when the owner retired. It was during that time she obtained her real estate license.
Having obtained an extensive understanding of finance, Darlene entered the mortgage industry. Her position began as
assistant to the owner and soon developed into an Office Management position where she trained loan officers to work for major builders on a national
level. Darlene's real estate knowledge includes a deep understanding of Conventional, Jumbo, FHA/VA,
Construction and Commercial Finance. For a period of eight years Darlene also negotiated Commercial Leases throughout California. She subsequently served as the person in charge of Commercial Property Management for that same firm.
Darlene's well-rounded work experience and knowledge in finance, title, escrow, affords her clients a tremendous advantage in their real estate transactions.
