About Barbara
Barbara is a licensed Realtor® and Certified as both a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), First Time Buyer Specialist (FTBS) and Military on the Move (MOM). She has a broad and diverse background developed over her 35 professional years. She was CFO of a building material, manufacturing and land holding company so brings a wealth of financial experience to the real estate business.
Barbara's background is not limited to the real estate business; she also sits on the board of the nonprofit, Mindfulness First, which teaches SEL (social emotional learning) to children in schools. She has been an avid supporter of Breast Cancer research, early detection and education, for over 13 years. Along with participating in coordinated team building and annual fundraising events she is also likes to make family, health and wellness a priority. As an advocate for many, her passion is to give the same guidance and support to her clients.
About John
As a General Contractor, John, has owned Klasic Development for 35 years, specializing in both the commercial and residential construction industry. In the residential real estate market he built luxury, custom homes in Arizona. John has also held his real estate license since 2000. John and Barbara have owned a home in California for 10 years and finally made the official move three years ago. John is excited to continue his real estate journey along the Southern California coast. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown kids and also loves to golf, sail, ski and travel. John is also a big foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants so be sure and ask him for suggestions when you're out shopping for your new home!
