"I don't even know where to begin because I have so many amazing things to say about Danny Murphy and his team. I want to start by saying I will only ever use Danny in our future home purchases and will only ever recommend Danny to family and friends (and I'm an insanely picky human being). Guys - don't use your friend who just got their license or your family member who does real estate on the side. Use danny. I was all over the place and at first was feeling a penthouse high rise in DT Long Beach and then changed my mind to a single-family home in Newport Beach. Danny never made me feel bad or pressured about wanting to see a million prosperities and what was amazing was he had so much knowledge about every single place we visited. He did his research for each property and had so much insight and experience to offer as we walked the various properties. He also was so knowledgeable about the pricing was extremely thorough in following up with the selling agents when we were interested in something and was ready as soon as we wanted to make an actual offer (he dropped everything so we could get our offer in before anyone else)! He also read through 40+ pages of complicated HOA docs for one property that we were interested in to make sure we were protected and because of his attention to detail we pulled out of that offer because he found something that we missed. Danny made himself available to us nearly 24/7 which was essential for our somewhat complicated contingent sale/purchase. We were on a very strict timeline for selling our house to not lose out on our new house and Danny was incredible at making sure it all got done. He went above and beyond what you would expect any agent to do. We were out of town and he even came to our house to be present for repairs that we had to do so that we could meet all of our deadlines. He had a guy on call for literally every single issue we ran into. He checked in with us multiple times a day every single day from the moment we started working with him to the day we closed on both properties. He always communicated with us reassured us and kept us in the loop for literally every step of the process. When I would panic (which was often lol because that is just who I am) Danny's experience confidence and knowledge were the only things that kept me from finishing the entire bottle of wine lol.
