I like to sneak in a little fun once in a while as well. My background of thirty years in residential construction and kitchen table negotiations is an advantage that my clients appreciate.

The ultimate goal is always a successfully closed escrow and have a relieved and satisfied client. The rewards for the effort come in different forms of appreciation.
