Eileen Ibarra

With over 25 years of full-time experience in real estate and loans transactions, I've helped hundreds of clients and families in their real estate needs. Through my dedication, honesty, and transparency, I go above and beyond for my clients doing what I can to make the process seamless. As a result of these actions, I receive very positive feedback, whether it be a referral or having earned a friend for life. I specialize in residential home sales all throughout the Southern California areas, particularly in the Los Angeles and Orange Counties. My referrals have also taken me to sell in Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties. Having worked in so many different areas and during different housing markets, I have gained significant expertise in working with clients all over the real estate spectrum.

I am originally born in the Philippines and raised in Southern California since I was 2 years old. I currently reside in Cerritos, CA. My husband, Marlon Ibarra, and I have been working real estate side-by-side since we married in 1997. He, as a Mortgage Lender, with Firstline Home Loans in Newport Beach and I, with First Team Real Estate. I am a mother of 6 children (3 sons, 3 daughters). All of them grown, college graduates and successful in their chosen careers. I enjoy running, cycling, hiking/backpacking, camping and anything 'outdoor-sy.' I've been a Southern California girl my whole life and love to take full advantage of all that Southern California has to offer.
