I have over 20 years of experience in sales and a deep background in Hard Surface
Design for homes, which brings a unique and valuable perspective to every Real Estate
transaction. Whether I am selling the house you love or finding a house to help
you create for your family, I will treat both with the respect they deserve.

Before becoming a full-time Real Estate professional, I created more than
1,000 hard surface interior designs in homes throughout Carlsbad and
Encinitas—designs that helped me generate over $2 million in annual
revenue.  My expertise in home design
allows me to show my clients the full potential in a property, whether they’re
buying or selling.

I know how to make your home stand out and how to help buyers envision
themselves in your home. By simply moving things, staging it a little
different, we can create your home to allow more people to envision themselves
in your home.

 When buying a house let me use my
expertise to help you envision what a house can become. Sometimes it just takes
just a little fixing up to create the house of your dreams.

My sales background for the last twenty years I have had to negotiate for my
clients to make sure they receive the best price for what they are purchasing.
I understand purchasing and selling a home it all depends on your Real Estate
agent’s ability to work hard for you.

Having personally bought and sold three homes in Northern San Diego, I
understand the emotional journey that comes with real estate. I know what it
means to find the perfect place to live—and what it takes to say goodbye to a
home you’ve loved. I have personally done both.

 I believe in Truly listening to you
and asking for what you want, allowing you to ask me questions, creating the
result, where you feel heard throughout the transaction. I understand
first-hand how much communication is need for you to feel safe as we work
together.

I personally have deep roots in the San Diego area, having lived and raised
my daughter here. My daughter attended Park Dale Lane Elementary, Diegueno
Junior High, La Costa Canyon High School, and graduated from Cal State San
Marcos. She now teaches at Mission Vista High school in Vista.

 For me, this isn’t just a
