"We have worked with Maria’s team since 2014; beginning with her team managing our property as a rental for almost 5 years and then selling it! During the time the property was a rental, we almost forgot that we had a rental until the monthly payments were sent to our account electronically. Any time a renter called her with an issue, she would send us a message with options and costs for us to decide how we wanted to handle it and then she took care of it all! It was so easy compared to when we managed it ourselves for 10 years…worth every penny to have her team manage it. And, her fee was very affordable.
