Mark Stine’s life journey began in Los Angeles, California, but his heart has always belonged to the mountains. Raised on a family farm in Southern Illinois, Mark developed a deep appreciation for responsibility, hard work, and genuine connection values that continue to shape his client-first approach to real estate today.
He graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1985. After building successful careers in the software and telecommunications industries, Mark discovered his true calling in real estate. He earned his real estate license in 2002 and his managing broker’s license in 2004, bringing both business expertise and strategic insight to Northwest Colorado.
Mark’s connection to Steamboat Springs began in 1987 during a surprise visit to see his future wife, Corrin. What started as a visit became a lifelong commitment to the Yampa Valley. Together, Mark and Corrin have embraced Steamboat’s Western lifestyle and ranching heritage, raising their daughter, Makenzie, in the community they love.
