I am a licensed Broker and have been a licensed agent since 2006. I am proud and excited to have joined with a great company like First Team where I can be of service to my clients. I have also been licensed with the Office of Real Estate Appraisers and spent the first few years of my career in the Appraisal side of the industry honing my valuation skills. I work closely with the investor community & have extensive experience with Trustee sales, Private Auction's & The Short sale process. I have built strong relationships and work diligently to represent both seller's & buyers during the Real Estate transaction. Proper valuation is a strength I possess which translates well when both listing a property at the proper price level & when negotiating as a buyer representative. I also have experience in the Construction field which aids me in the assessment of repair needs & cost during the evaluation process and also identifying opportunity for investors. I am diplomatic and tactful with professionals and non-professionals at all levels. I am a 'people-person' and enjoy the interaction with everyone I come in contact with.

Matt was amazing to work with and made the stress of finding and purchasing a home actually enjoyable! I got in touch with him while I was still living in Washington. To help me find/purchase a home in Garden Grove. Matt made me so comfortable looking at homes from across the country. He visited listing after listing and made videos for me so that I could get a feel for the homes. In his videos, he pointed out all that was right and wrong with the homes and gave me fantastic information about how much it would cost to correct the issues or make the homes better/more comfortable. He also gave me information about the neighborhoods and the street congestion potential according to the location of the house and was able to offer fantastic insight I had not considered such proximity to noisy areas such as small shopping malls large avenues or the freeway. He took videos of himself in different locations in the homes/neighborhoods so that I could have a good idea of the foot and car traffic patterns. When it came time to make an offer on my new home Matt was fantastic in guiding me through tense negotiations with other bidders. He saved me thousands of dollars by keeping me steady through the process so that I didn't let emotion take over and overbid in this highly competitive market. While I know he has loads of other clients Matt always made me feel like he was working for me alone.
