Welcome! I’m Melissa Sizemore, a REALTOR® with First Team and a member of the Clay Kilbarger Group. I’m also a longtime educator, and I bring that same approach to real estate: listen first, educate, ask the right questions, and help my clients make informed decisions that are right for them.

For buyers, we help you navigate the process from start to finish, from understanding the market and finding the right home to writing a strong offer, negotiating, and getting to the closing table. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident in the decisions you make.

I’ve spent most of my life in Orange County, and I love helping people not only with real estate, but with the communities they call home. Through

When I’m not teaching or working in real estate, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, at a baseball field, exploring a hiking trail, discovering a new beach spot, or learning something new.

I’m grateful that so much of my business comes through referrals from clients, friends, and family. To me, that trust means everything.
