A Dana Point resident since 1980, I have been a full time Realtor since 1986, serving Dana Point, Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente and surrounding South Orange County cities. In addition to marketing and sales of single family homes, condos and mobile homes, I have extensive experience in marketing and sales of multifamily units, commercial properties and land including 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. I also have negotiated hundreds of leases both residential and commercial and since 1993 have been a property manager.
Prior to my career in Real Estate, I was an account executive and national account manager for AT&T and a number of its affiliates.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver.
I am a proponent of community service and an active volunteer. I am currently on the Board of Directors of the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce, Dana Point 5th Marine Regiment Support Group and GEMS BNI. In the past, I have served on the Capistrano Valley Symphony Board of Trustees, Earth Ocean Society, Sandollar Guild, Dana Point Harbor Revitalization Committee and Dana Point Incorporation Study Team
