"For years I received a yearly magnetic calendar that I placed on my refrigerator and although other realtors came and went I knew I was going to contact Tom when it came time to sell my condo. I sent my first email on May 14th, 2024 and Tom replied right away. From that point, there was constant communication whether by email or text. Selling for the first time was a learning experience not soon to be forgotten. There were some bumps but those smoothed out and were taken off. We both have a small fondness for frogs mine more of the ceramic. Glass paper non-breathing kind which I found to be endearing. I gave a 5-star rating but that number seems to be low should be more like 10+. Should the occasion come up soon I would recommend Tom Decuir for their realtor.
