"It took him 5 long months to sell my property even though I dropped the original asking price of $40k and on top of that I accepted $14k less than the most recent listing price. A total of $54k less than what my husband and I originally expected based on a CMA. My property was the least expensive in the park per square foot in a great location and good condition. Multiple properties were sold in the same park in much less time during the same listing period by other real estate listing agents. Van is very respectful but tends to forget important marketing strategies and selling negotiations! Unfortunately, he also disclosed unnecessary information to the buyers as well as to the buyer's agents~ which discouraged buyers from making any offers whatsoever for 4 long months. This was extremely frustrating for my husband and me. His poor and deteriorated health limits him to responding promptly to buyers' phone calls and showing the property in the spur of the moment when needed. Having been a real estate agent myself quite frankly Van needs to retire for his own sake and for the benefit of the sellers who unfortunately list their properties with him. Not happy at all as to how long it took him to sell our property!"
