I was born and raised in the Los Angeles, where I enjoy the awesome weather (most of the time), outdoor activities, and beautiful beaches and breathtaking mountains alike. I am married and live with my family in the Inland Empire. We love going on a vacation once a year....that is a must!I We play together and we pray together.
I attended Chaffey Community College, then off to the University of California, Riverside (UCR), where I earned a certificate degree in Financial Planning. Real estate has always been a passion of mine, and in 2004, I received a real estate license to practice in California.
I've earned three National Association of Realtors designations to include: Accredited Buyer's Agent Certification, Buyer Broker's Opinion Certifiation (to offer appraised values of homes for banks), and Short Sale Resource Certification (SFR) as an expert in Short Sales listings and sales. I have extensive experience working with banks and servicing companies in listing and selling Bank Owned Homes (REO's).
Another passion of mine is interior decorating, and I offer FREE staging services as bonus to sellers which includes color scheme design, accessorizing, and furniture placement.
