A Real Estate Journey Rooted in Creativity and Leadership
Dori’s journey into real estate started with a love for design and storytelling. With a BS in Environmental Design and an Art minor from UC Davis, her early career spanned Hollywood red carpet events and leadership at FIDM as Assistant Chair of Interior Design. She entered real estate as a listing specialist, launched a successful staging company, and eventually became a full-time real estate broker in Washington.
Just one year later, she founded the Six Degrees Team, building a strong brand and business rooted in both high performance and humanity. After her highest-grossing year, she took on the role of Managing Broker at Compass Greater Seattle, serving the market for nearly four years.
Now, with FirstTeam®, Dori is embracing a new chapter — one that blends her strategic mindset with a human-first leadership style.
