With a combined 44 years of real estate experience, a deep-rooted commitment to service, and a bold vision for growth, this powerhouse team is bringing unmatched leadership and local expertise to Idaho’s growing market.
A Legacy of Service, Built on Experience
Sheri and Juan aren’t just seasoned real estate professionals—they are community leaders. Sheri has served for over two decades on her local real estate board and was named Idaho Realtor of the Year in 2013. She is now preparing to join the Idaho Real Estate Commission, marking yet another milestone in a remarkable career. Juan brings with him a background in public service, including roles as a police officer, volunteer firefighter, and youth minister—passions that now fuel his people-first approach to real estate.
The two have been business partners for nine years and share a deep commitment to integrity, education, and client care. Together, they’ve served in nearly every leadership position in their local real estate community—many of them more than once. Juan was also recognized as Realtor of the Year in 2020.

Looking ahead, they have their eyes on Jackpot, Nevada—a rapidly growing market just across the border—with long-term ambitions to establish a presence in Las Vegas within the next five years.
“We want to be ahead of the curve, not playing catch-up,” Juan explained. “Getting licensed in Nevada opens the door to a growing market that few agents are currently serving.”
