The driveway and backyard are shared with the owners. The front door to the apartment is behind a gate in the backyard. The apartment is partially furnished. There is an eating area with a counter, sink, refrigerator, and microwave. There is no stove. There is room for a stackable electric washer and dryer in the hall closet. The apartment has central a/c & heat. The utilities are shared with the owner and basic utilities are included in the rent. If the utility costs rise dramatically a ratio utility billing system may be used. The owners have one friendly dog. This is a six-month lease with the option to renew. Prefer no pets. Horse Boarding is available for extra cost.
